Definitions Whenever there is mention of the terms “Instituto Juruá”, “we” or “our” we are referring to Instituto Juruá; as well as whenever there is mention of the terms “you”, “user”, “your”, “your”, we will be referring to you, user, who is consenting to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use to make use and have access to the Site. “Personal data”, according to Brazilian legislation (art. 5, I, of Law No. 13,709/2018), is “information related to an identified or identifiable natural person”.

o Occasionally, also, and always upon signature of the Term of Authorization for the Use of Image/Voice, we can also take photos and record videos to publicize volunteer actions and events in which you may participate.

To collect the above personal data, we use different methods, including:

2. Automated technologies or interactions:
