A concepção deste diagnóstico se iniciou em 2019 no contexto da Assembleia Geral da Associação de Mulheres Agroextrativistas do Médio Juruá (ASMAMJ), durante a construção do planejamento estratégico da associação. A realização desse levantamento e execução do diagnóstico foi possibilitada pelo trabalho da ASMAMJ em forte parceria com o Instituto Juruá e com o fundamental apoio do projeto “Cosméticos Sustentáveis da Amazônia”. Este é um projeto “develoPPP”, ou seja, de parceria público privada entre o “Ministério Federal da Cooperação Econômica e do Desenvolvimento da Alemanha (BMZ na sigla em alemão)”, por meio da “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH” e as empresas “Natura” e “Symrise”.

The conception of this diagnosis began in 2019 in the context of the General Assembly of the Association of Agroextractivist Women of Médio Juruá (ASMAMJ), during the construction of the association's strategic planning. The realization of this survey and execution of the diagnosis was made possible by the work of ASMAMJ in strong partnership with the Juruá Institute and with the fundamental support of the "Amazon Sustainable Cosmetics" project.
